Given that marriage is such a big commitment and sex is a very important part of marriage it seems to me that he has a valid grievance *IF* the wife intentionally misrepresented herself pre-marriage and didn't just coincidently decide to quit shaving for whatever reason after the ink was dry. Whatever the reason, unless he wants to get a divorce he's SOL and needs to work through it with his partner. Maybe he wouldn’t have married her if she had hairy legs while they were dating. Seriously - try shaving, putting on some jeans and going outside in the depth of winter and you see - that's damn cold. For that reason I rarely shave my legs in the winter but really, may leg hair doesn't grow the way it used to and it's slow growing and dammit if you're down there inspecting my legs you need to get a life!
