		<description>Did you get the Enchanted Broccoli Forest one?  It has a great quiche &quot;formula&quot; in it.  Quiche makes for great leftovers, IMO. My favourite is a mushroom quiche, made with mushrooms sauteed in red wine and butter, and subbing sour cream for the milk.  Mmmm.</description>
