It never ceases to amuse me when I see a reference to someone who’s noted for being part of the “A-List” bloggers.
When did we – the collective internet – vote on what the whole point of blogging was? What makes one blog more “A-List” than another?
Did we all get together and decide that only a certain handful of subjects were worth discussing? When did we vote that only people who wrote about or discussed X or Y were the “important people”?
Is this based solely on the numbers of people who read that particular blog?
It cracks me up when the “big name bloggers” are the ones who write about.. the state of the blog world. Seriously, stop talking about.
I see links to A-Listers and I follow them and I read and.. nine times out of ten I yawn and close the window. If those are the A-Listers, I think I’m actually quite happy with my D-List status.
Yet another example of my.. uncoolness, I suppose.

Well, your uncool self is on MY A-list. If that means anything. And that Kelly girl too. I like her. :-)

I tried reading 75% of the blogs on the A list and only found one of them interesting (Granny Gets a Vibrator). Ok, that Twisty is pretty cool, too. But the rest? I DON’T GET IT! What do other people find so interesting on those blogs? I’m befuddled.
I’m an A List blogger of my own little fiefdom. So there! :) K PS I like that Sylvain guy, too.
