Grace In Small Things – 80/365

  1. I burned my toast this morning – and I made more. I have the luxury of enough food to eat every single day and the luxury to discard mistakes (to the dogs).
  2. I woke up chilly this morning and was shivering as I drank a hot mug of coffee. I have a roof over my head and a husband who makes me coffee every single morning. All three keep me warm.
  3. I waited in line for a very, very long time yesterday to buy Easter candy and stuff for the kids. I have the time to wait and the money to buy what my family needs (and wants).
  4. I don’t know if I’ll be accepted to college. I have the ability to apply, the support of my family and friends, and the knowledge that I can always apply again in the future if I don’t get in this time.
  5. I had a headache when I woke up this morning. I have otherwise reasonably good health, no major complaints, and a bottle of Tylenol in the kitchen cupboard.

I read somewhere that chocolate wiener dogs cause headaches. You should get rid of it. I’ll take it off your hands if you want.

No no no… you need to keep your head clear so you can (eventually) study. Sylvain’s too far away to get it, I’ll take the choco-weiner from you after work. I’ll be there after 4. Have it wrapped up! :)

I am no longer answering my door. At all. Between balloons and wiener-thieves, I don’t think my neighbourhood is safe anymore..

Better just put it in your mailbox, then. I’ll find it.

If I don’t find it, I may have to come back with giant chocolate-sniffing balloons…. >:D

I have a big truck, let me help. Need some tape and boxes? I have a small weiner dog-shaped box that does not melt things inside of it if you have anything to put in there.

Ha! On my blog’s preview page, your comment ended with “I have a small weiner…”

Still.. NO! :) STEP AWAY FROM MY WIENER WITH YOUR SMALL WIENER (box)!

*sigh* I guess I’ll just have to wait until next week when all chocolate weiner dogs are on sale and get three of my own.

Violet, if you move, may I suggest Windsor? We are virtually balloon free and I can almost guarantee nobody will steal your wiener.

Sylvain, I *know* you’re just saying that because YOU want my wiener. YOU WIENER WANTER!

Let me know if you find your weiner. I might look for mine next week.

For the sake of conversation, I am 99% certain that they’re only available at Zellers and, possibly, The Bay. Looks like a store brand. :)
