- Physiotherapy today. I have a new exercise (meant to strengthen my shoulder and help eliminate the instability) added to my daily routine! And my approaching-migraine headache is gone. PHEW. I’m even drinking my second big glass of water because, for once, I remembered that drinking water after physio is a good idea.
- My friend Tracey – and her phone calls last night AND this morning that made me laugh and made me feel better and reminded me that I’m not the only one going through this whole thing.
- My husband – who let me expunge every single detail of every single thing that’s bothering me, offered up some perspective, and who loves me even though I am clearly crazy.
- I have not dropped out of school. I am still attending every class and doing my very best.
- Stopping at the Thai store around the corner to pick up more rice paper “just in case” – and then taking the time to browse all the shelves and poke around a little.
