  1. The kitten (who is no longer a kitten) following me around like a little shadow, mewing. Hello! Hello!
  2. My voice recorder that does what it’s s’posed to do and does it well.
  3. Starting to process some of Middle One’s birthday pictures. Yay 10!
  4. Coffee’s confirmed observation that Maymo, at age 6, is the same height that Middle One was at 8. Whooboy.
  5. That my husband listens to me.
  6. We have a dishwasher. It’s small, it’s noisy, but it works. And this is not just a “small thing”, quite frankly, given how many dishes we go through in a typical day.
  7. There is light creeping into the bedroom in the morning when the alarm goes off!
  8. There is still daylight outside at 5pm!
  9. 3D porn. No, really.
  10. Next week is my Reading Week and oh, it will be heavenly.

    Our Kuchma Kot is chatty too. He cannot meow very loud as I think too many fights damaged his throat, but he sure can talk. Pretty basic stuff. Like just after inhaling a cup of milk, “Please Sir, Can I have some more” in very sarcastic cat tone.
