  2. A group assignment made it in just under the wire last night. I am unhappy with that part, but very glad it was done!
  3. Another crafty thing that I want to try! (And, man, I love reading instructables.)

    Crayon lipstick: very fun! My friend taught me how to make lip balm from beeswax, sweet almond oil, an edible essential oil such as peppermint, and a natural coloring from the health food store that starts with “a.” I can’t remember the name of that stuff we used, but it gave the lip balm a red tint and we could decide how deep a red by how much of that we put in. It was the best lip balm ever, and so inexpensive to make, especially if you get a bunch of friends together to divide the cost of the ingredients. Everyone took home at least six tubes. Plus the whole evening was so fun! Wish I were there to join you in a lipstick making party!
