I Wish.

I wish that all of my friends had public wishlists from which I could send them gifts, randomly, any time I felt like sending them a gift. Not for occasions, but just.. whenever.

Go make one and let me know where to find it.

I have boring wishlists. I just wrote one up for my kids. (Sorry, it’s on my whiteboard in the kitchen) It included a canning funnel, and a teapot. Now, if I was making a wishlist of things I REALLY wished for, it would be a heck of a lot more colourful.

You are clearly not trying hard enough. You need to put together a wishlist of things you REALLY wish for. ;)

Hum? Unfortunately many of those things are inappropriate or otherwise unfeasible. I’m sure you really want to come clean my house? Or babysit my children so that I can have a sushi date with Dave? Right?

I’ll add it to my todo list. Todo – make a wish list of more or less appropriate things that I really want!!

Do it! Dooooooo it! I bet there are a few things you want that are doable!

I should probably have noted that I am not a wealthy woman. :)

Doesn’t everyone have an Amazon wish list? Maybe I am a weirdo. I keep mine pretty up-to-date.

Mine is woefully out of date. I should fix that, really, for my own sake. I’d like to find something like Pinterest for wishlists, though, where I could add things from random sites and make notes (“Size Large”, “pink, not yellow”, etc.). Hmmm…

You could use Pinterest for exactly that. just make a bulletin board and post things there.

actually, you can do that with your amazon list. It’s way less pretty than Pinterest, though.

Can people see a Pinterest board without being on Pinterest?

I think so. I’ve looked at boards when I’m not signed in.

I’m not so sure I could make my wish list public, for the most part.

And apparently you need to hover over the pic in order to see the web site address. huh.

As you wish…. (I even have the priority thing filled out so it’s sortable)
