Lame-Bridge.

There’s a particular city that I avoid – not because it’s dangerous or whatever, but because I’m not a fan. I’ll spare you my vague hand-waving descriptions of the place.

Sometimes, though, I have to go there. Meetings or presentations or whatnot.

So, I suck it up and I go.

Earlier this month I realized that my all-time favourite pen shop is in that city and, since it’s just far enough from home that I won’t make a special trip, I can use my meeting/presentation/what-not voyages to stop in. It’s a reward!

And this is how I have acquired two new pens and two new Noodler’s Inks.

Positive reinforcement works, though, since I’m not dreading the next trip to that city..
